From the mid-west, the very heartland of the United States, is where Greg was born and raised. He grew up, the son of a pastor and hobby farmer. He gained a passion for the Lord and for music. He mastered several musical instruments, particularly the piano. He took his two passions together to spend the next 30 years as a pastor, leading worship in church. While retiring as Pastor, he still loves teaching piano and encouraging people in their walk with God. With grandkids now to pour into, Greg can now pass his passion for the Lord and for music onto his grandkids. But, before leaving Iowa, he found another love in his first year of college… his bride, Trich!

If you need help or you’re causing a problem, you’re sure to meet Trich. She is a woman who loves to serve people and keep things running well. With Greg, she raised 2 boys and worked hard in any way she could to both help provide for and create a good home for her family and for guests. Trich really loves hospitality and with that, creating unique experiences for people. A lot can be learned about hospitality from Trich. She loves playing games, especially when she’s able to team up with the ladies to beat the guys! Trich cares deeply about people, a loyal friend, and a dependable person.

Ryan is the youngest son of Greg and Trich. He was raised in the York area from 5 years old. Ryan loves the Bible and has anchored himself to it. He graduated from Liberty University but had trouble finding the right fit vocationally. Ryan worked in many different fields before finding a good fit as a local real estate agent. Regardless of vocation if something needs done, then Ryan will see to it. Failure is no setback and discouragement is rare to see because Ryan will just keep working toward a solution until the mission is complete. Through the wide variety of experiences in his life, he has become an out of the box thinker and problem solver. He also loves the creative work of renovating. He loves reimagining buildings and layouts. On his own, it’s hard to say what he’d ever be doing. Ryan is propelled into thought and action by his eccentric bride!

A true woman of valor. Jessica is the heartbeat of her family and of the Island. She is the daughter of Guy and Susan Fritz (island locals) and was born and raised in the York area. Like her mother-in-law, she loves hospitality. Jess loves bringing in all of the senses with the right look, music, scents, tastes and touch points. Enter our buildings to a home like atmosphere, music playing, a drink station with coffee and tea, and candles lit. Enjoy an assortment of craft materials and games. All that and more is what Jess loves providing. Jess loves creating spaces for families to be drawn together to spend quality and memorable times together. Not in big amusement park ways, but in the simple things that are so often overlooked. Ryan and Jess have 4 childresn. While her work on the Island is loved, her primary focus and passion is in raising and homeschooling these four kids and creating a productive household…
